Mubarak Maliga Tahir is the youngest writer featured in Agam: Filipino Narratives on Uncertainty and Climate Change (2014). He is contributing feature writer of the Mindanao Varsitarian (the official student publication of Mindanao State University Main Campus, Marawi City), from where he graduated cum laude in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Filipino.
