Malebo Sephodi is a South African writer and scholar whose debut non-fiction title, Miss Behave (BlackBird Books, 2017), won her the South African Literary Award for First-Time Published Author (2018). She is a 2020 writing fellow for the Johannesburg Institute for Advance Studies.
Based in South Africa, her work focuses on human development policy, gender, and ICT for development. She is a doctoral candidate at the University of Cape Town’s Information Systems Department.
She enjoys taking long nature walks, and racing motorbikes.
